Your target, with the math
Weight, sex, age, activity, climate, and your stone history turn into a daily goal — inside the clinically recommended range, with every line item and its source shown.
Built for stone formers
Your clinician said “more water.” Stoneless turns that into a plan: a personalized daily target, reminders that follow your pace through the day, and hydration that shows up in Health Connect.
Not a medical device · No account · Your data stays on your phone
The guideline is clear. The hard part is living it — that is the part Stoneless is built for.
Weight, sex, age, activity, climate, and your stone history turn into a daily goal — inside the clinically recommended range, with every line item and its source shown.
Log a glass straight from the reminder notification. Track water, tea, coffee, sparkling — your way, in ml or oz.
Reminders recompute after every drink: how much, by when, with a two-hour wind-down before bed so you are not up all night.
Health Connect
Stoneless writes each logged drink to Health Connect, so your hydration can appear in Google Health alongside the rest of your day. Write-only by design: Stoneless never reads your other health data, and nothing is ever sent to us.
Free is genuinely useful. Pro is for when you want the pacing to do the thinking.

No. Stoneless is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It helps you follow the hydration plan you and your clinician agree on, and it shows you exactly where its numbers come from.
Your logs stay on your phone. There is no account and no cloud copy. If you connect Health Connect, Stoneless only writes your hydration entries so they can appear in Google Health — it never reads your other health data.
From your body (weight, sex, age band), your day (activity level, climate), and your clinical context. For stone formers, Stoneless targets the 2.5–3.0 L/day fluid range recommended by the EAU 2026 and AUA guidelines — and shows every line of the math, with sources.
Free covers the essentials: your target, one-tap logging, three daily reminders, Health Connect sync, and 7-day history. Pro ($29.99/year with a 7-day trial) adds adaptive pacing that recomputes after every drink, 30-day trends, and a urologist-ready PDF report.
Yes. Everything — logging, reminders, insights — works without a connection. Health Connect sync happens on-device.
Android 9 and newer. Health Connect sync requires the Health Connect app (built into Android 14+), and your hydration appears in Google Health when you grant it permission there.
