1. What Stoneless is
Stoneless is a hydration tracking and reminder application for Android. It helps you follow a hydration plan. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and follow their guidance — especially if you have kidney disease, heart failure, or a fluid restriction.
2. No medical advice
Targets, explanations, and content shown in the app or on this website are general information. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here.
3. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Stoneless on devices you own or control, subject to the Google Play terms for the distribution platform.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features are sold as subscriptions or one-time purchases through Google Play. Billing, renewals, free trials, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms. The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial that converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Subscriptions at any time.
5. Your data
Your data is stored on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device and for any exports you create.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, or use it in violation of applicable law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
